Here is a very easy and quick recipe with tomato and curd, goes well with rice...Let’s see how to make it.
Tomato curd curry/ Moru kachiyath

Ingredients
Tomato-1/2
Onion-1/2
Ginger-1tsp(chopped)
Buttermilk-1 cup
Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
Green Chilly-2
Water
Salt
Curry leaves
Mustard-1/4tsp
Dry red chilly-1
Urud dal/black gram-1tsp
Coconut oil/any oil-2tsp
Preparation
· if you are using curd whisk it with some water.
· heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves, urud dal, dry red chilies, and mustard.
· Once it splutters add green chilly and ginger. Saute it for some seconds and add onion and salt.
· saute it till it becomes translucent and then add turmeric powder and tomato. and cook it on a medium flame for 2 mins till the raw smell goes.
· Now add buttermilk and mix well.
· Cook it on a low flame (don’t let it boil).
. Once it cools down add a pinch of fenugreek powder and mix well.
