Today I will show you how to make
a coffee without coffee powder, which makes you more energetic and warm on a
winter Day…Dry ginger coffee.. It’s
a healthy ayurvedic drink made by combining dry ginger, coriander seeds and
pepper. It’s a home remedy for slight fever, cold, nasal congestion, cough
& indigestion problems. Dry Ginger coffee is quite easy to make.

Ingredients
Dry Ginger- 1 small pc
Coriander Seeds-2tsp
Black Pepper-2tsp or 3tsp
Water-1cup
Jaggery/Sugar-1tsp
Preparation
Making of Dry Ginger
coffee powder:
·
Roast coriander seeds and black pepper on medium
flame for 2 to 3 minutes. You will get a nice aroma of this seeds.

Switch off the flame, add dry ginger to it and
roast it in the heat of the pan.
·
Let it cools, then powder everything together.
·
Dry ginger coffee is ready.
·
Keep it in an air tight container.
Making of Coffee:
·
Boil I cup of water and add 1 tsp dry ginger
coffee powder.
·
Boil it until it reduces to half quantity.
·
Add jaggery/ sugar.
·
Stir it well and switch off the flame.
·
Strain the coffee.
Hot Dry Ginger coffee is ready…
Note: This coffee
will increase the immunity and a very good medicine. When you sick, drink this
coffee 2 times a day.
