Ingredients


Cauliflower florets-100g
Marination
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Chilly paste-1 tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder-1 Tsp
Curry leaves chopped-1tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2tsp
Lemon juice-1 Tsp
Salt as required
All-purpose flour-3tsp
Corn flour- 4 Tsp
 Rice flour- 1/2tsp
Salt
Oil for frying

 Preparation

  • ·         To make chilly paste soak dry red chilies in hot water for 20 minutes. Then grind it with Kashmiri chilly powder to a smooth paste.
  • ·         Marinate cauliflower florets with the ingredients listed above and keep it in the refrigerator for 20 mins.
  • ·         Heat oil in a pan and fry it till it becomes crispy.
