These are the easiest mini chocolate cakes I have ever made. If you are a chocolate lover then this homemade chocolate cake is a MUST!

Mini moist Chocolate cake

Ingredients


Egg-1
Sugar-1/2 cup
Melted Butter/Oil (any oil which doesn’t have odor)-2tsp
Baking Powder-1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence-1/2 tsp
All-purpose flour-1/2 cup
Coco powder-1/4 cup
Coffee powder-1/4cup
Hot Milk-3tsp 
Salt a pinch

Preparation


·         Grease a cake tray (here I used 4 inch cake tray) and line a parchment paper. Set this aside.
·         Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
·         Mix coffee powder with hot milk. Keep it aside.
·         Using a hand mixer combine sugar, coco powder, baking powder, all-purpose flour and salt.
·         Now add egg, vanilla essence, butter, coffee milk mix and mix well until just combined.
·         The batter will be thin(add water if it is too thick).
·         Pour the batter to the cake tray. Knock it 2 times.
·         Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes (time may vary)
·         Then insert a skewer or toothpick into the center to check its done.
·         If it comes out clean, remove the pan from the oven and cool completely.
