Today we are going to make super soft and spongy bread at home…it is the easiest bread recipe I have come across yet.

Ingredients


All-purpose flour-2 ½ cups

Instant yeast- 2 tsp

Hot Milk-1cup

Sugar-1 ½ tsp

Butter-2 to 3 tsp

Butter to brush-1/2 tsp

Milk powder-1tsp

Salt

Preparation





·         Dissolve yeast and sugar in the warm milk. Let it rest for 15 mins until it gets bubbly.

·         After 15 mins, take a bowl or on a floured surface add this yeast mix.

·         Then add all-purpose flour, milk powder, milk, water(if needed, little by little) and salt to it, knead the dough.

·         Then add butter and knead it again until it is smooth and elastic (for 10 mins).

·         Place this dough in a butter greased bowl and grease some butter on the top of the dough.

·         Cover this with foil paper or some moist cloth for 1 or 2 hours until it rises to double.

·          Then knead it again to a cylindrical shape.

·         Grease a nonstick loaf pan and dust it with some flour.

·         Then place the dough in this greased loaf pan. 

·         Cover this tray for 40 mins. brush it with         

·         Preheat the oven for 10 mins(180 centigrade).

·         Now bake it for 40 to 45 mins (time may vary).

·         Once done, place the bread on a wire rack or tray and brush some butter on the top of the bread.

·         Let it cool down and enjoy …
