bread, especially fresh baked bread…Making your own bread gives you the freedom
to experiment.so today I am sharing the recipe of this delicious sesame whole wheat bread. Give it a try…
Ingredients
Wheat flour/Indian
Atta-2 cups
Dry active
yeast- ½ tsp
Milk-4tsp
Sugar-1tsp
White
sesame seeds as required
Lukewarm
Water-1/2cup
Oil-2 tsp
Butter to
brush-1/2 tsp
Salt

Preparation
·
Dissolve yeast
and sugar in the warm water. Let it rest for 15 mins until it gets bubbly.
·
After 15
mins, take a bowl or on a floured surface add this yeast mix.
·
Then add wheat
flour, milk, water(if needed, little by little) and salt to it, knead the dough.
·
Then add
oil and knead it again until it is smooth and elastic (for 10 mins).
·
Place this
dough in a butter or oil greased bowl and grease some oil/butter on the top of
the dough.
·
Cover this
with foil paper or some moist cloth for 2 hours until it rises to double.
·
Then knead it again to a cylindrical shape.
·
Grease a
nonstick loaf pan and dust it with some flour.
·
Then place
the dough in this greased loaf pan.
· Cover
this tray for 40mins.
·
Sprinkle
some white sesame seeds on the top of the dough and brush it with milk..
·
Preheat
the oven for 10 mins(180centigrade).
·
Now bake
it for 30 to 35mins (time may vary).
·
Once done,
place the brown bread on a wire rack or tray..
·
Let it
cool down and enjoy …
