Ingredients
Cooked basmati rice-1cup
Milk-2.5cup
Sugar-3tsp
Ghee-1tsp
Ghee-1tsp
Cardamom powder-1/4tsp
Crushed almonds as required
Crushed almonds as required
Preparation
·
Mix
the leftover rice, milk, sugar in a saucepan or a normal pan and cook it on a medium
flame.
·
Keep
stirring.
·
Lower
the flame and cook it for 15 mins.
·
Add
cardamom powder and ghee once it starts to thicken.
·
When
the rice kheer becomes slightly thick, add crushed almonds.
·
You
can either serve it hot or cold.
