Today we
are going make a Kerala special Fish fry. Let’s do it!!
Ayala Fry |
Ingredients
Mackerel-2
Whole Pepper-2tsp
Chilly Powder-2tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2tsp
Shallots-6 to 7 or Onion-1
Ginger- a small piece
Salt as needed
Oil as needed for deep fry
Preparation

Wash and clean
the fish. Using a sharp knife make some slits on both sides of the fish.

Then for the
masala part, grind pepper, chilly powder, shallots, turmeric powder, ginger and
salt to a paste.

Marinate the fish
with this masala and keep it in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
·
Heat oil in a pan
and when it heats up, add fish pcs..
·
Deep fry it until
it looks crispy and golden brown.
Our Mackerel Fry is ready to serve...Enjoy!!!!
